Gary is registered with
Inter Clinical Laboratories Pty Ltd as a
Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis and Nutritional Medicine Consultant. He has completed four courses in Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis and does hundreds of consultations per year. He is regarded as unique in the way he uses this assessment tool with active people, including elite athletes, the injured, children, the elderly and for infertility.
His three principal academic qualifications are from the University of Otago in Sports Medicine, Physical Education and Rehabilitation. In more recent years, his interests have been in natural therapies and healing. He has completed industry training and certification programmes with Kordel's, Thompson's Nutrition and Nutra-Life Ltd. Numerous additional courses include Homeopathy, Tissue salts therapy, facial diagnostics, fertility issues and adrenal fatigue. He has completed four courses on Adrenal Fatigue by leading authority, Dr James Wilson. Gary is highly regarded for his expertise in adrenal fatigue ("burnout"), especially as it relates to active people.
Gary has more than 30 years of full-time hands-on experience working within hospital and rehabilitation serviceses; and as a professional advisor to coaches and athletes about injury management and high performance conditioning.
He was a member of the Strategic Reference Group (2004-2011) that developed the New Zealand Government's Injury Prevention Strategy.
He has written many educational publications, including the following more substantial efforts that have been published as either books or booklets:
- "Hypothermia in Sport" published by ACC
- "Warm-up and Stretching" guidelines for Sports, published by ACC
- "Back Pain – Prevention and Treatment" published by GP Print
Gary is a regular presenter to sports teams, employee and professional organisations, cancer survivors and retirees on subjects relating to recovery, nutrition, health and lifestyle.
Gary is an accomplished endurance athlete, with a competitive career spanning 40+ years. He is the older brother of Olympic Marathon medallist and Director of the Lydiard Coaching Foundation, Lorraine Moller. Sports that he has, or is, seriously contesting are running, multisport, road cycling and mountain biking. Teaming up with his two brothers, Gordon and Bruce, they are the undisputed Australasian veterans multisports team champions, finishing 4th overall in the open grade of the 2011 Australasian Championships. Now 58 years of age, Gary is in the leading three or four 50+ age group mountain bike racers in New Zealand and he is yet to be beaten in the 40 years and upwards classes in Australia.
With his partner, Alofa, he has four children of Samoan and Cook Islands lineage.

Alofa has over 25 years training and full-time employement in IT, variously working as a Business Analyst and Function Tester. She now works full-time with her partner, Gary, ensuring that all runs smoothly within the business and making sure that our customers receive service that exceeds expectations.
Alofa is a qualified massage therapist specialising in deep tissue therapy for relieving chronic aches and pains as well as for aiding recovery from injury.
Her active recreational interests include running and mountain biking the numerous trails that criss-cross the Wellington Region.
