About GaryMoller.com

GaryMoller.com is owned and operated by Alofa Kosena and Gary Moller.

Health, nutrition, physical fitness, athletic conditioning, quality of life, regardless of age - and the traditional Kiwi outdoors lifestyle.  This is what we are about.

You will find thousands of free authoritative "How To" articles about medicine, nutrition, sports training, injury management, health and fitness on this site with more being added every week.  These articles are written by Gary Moller and several guest "Experts".

The easiest way to find your way around is to type your key words into the search box to the upper right of the site's pages.  If you can't find an answer to a personal issue in these articles, then you have the option of consulting me (Gary Moller) (Just click on the tab to the right of this column to learn more about this consulting service).

Our free informational service is mainly funded by our internet sales store where you will get some of the best deals in a select range of high quality exercise equipment and nutrition supplements.   Many of these products are "Practitioner Only", meaning that you must have a consultation with Gary Moller and a prescription from him prior to purchasing them.
